As patients of Southport Smiles, you can join the "brightest" club in town! As members of WFL, you will receive custom bleaching trays and gel. In five days, you will have the whitest teeth around!

All you must do to maintain your membership status is to return for your 3,4, or 6 month hygiene appointment.** You will receive one bleaching syringe, at your 6 month appointment, for LIFE, as long as you are in good standing*** at Southport Smiles.

** If you have to change or cancel your hygiene appointment, you MUST reschedule within 2 weeks or the first available appointment with your hygienist.

***Your balance must not be in arrears.
